Monthly Updates: Minor website edits and updates are included as part of your monthly subscription. Requests must be submitted during the applicable billing period. Unused update time or requests do not accumulate, roll over, or transfer to future months.
Scope of Work: This plan covers routine maintenance and minor updates to your existing website. New pages, significant design changes, additional functionality, major troubleshooting, and larger projects are not included. Any work outside the plan will be quoted separately and approved before proceeding.
Billing: Your subscription is billed automatically each month on your recurring billing date.
Cancellation: A minimum of 30 days' written notice is required to cancel your subscription. Your plan will remain active during the notice period, and any scheduled payments within that period will remain due. Payments are nonrefundable.
Additional Services: Website hosting, premium plugin subscriptions, third-party services, and ongoing SEO optimization are not included unless otherwise specified.
